We are  searching for a full time Interim Category Manager to help make our category and assortment management more effective and inspiring in Finland. The role of Category Manager plays an important part in the success of our growth in Finland. Your day-to-day work will have a concrete and measurable impact in our business! In this role your responsibility is to lead your own portfolio of categories across our stores in Finland and you will be managing your own vendors, including  the yearly upcoming negotiations for your portfolio. 

What you’ll be doing

• Day to day category management for a portfolio of categories 
• Vendor relationships handling and negotiations
• Pricing calculations and profitability analysis
• Leading the local and hyperlocal assortment development
• Customer service for Wolt Market stores about category related matters
• External and internal cooperation (ie. store operations, and inventory management team)

• Relevant category management work experience, ideally from grocery retail 
• Experienced with vendor negotiations
• Detail oriented way of working and analytical mindset for improvement
• Ability to work focused under pressure and time limits
• “Teamwork is dream work” - mentality.
• Fluent level of Finnish and English.
