We are looking for a key-account person that is purely Merchant oriented, to take care of the fastest delivery in the market within 30-60 minutes using Wolt Drive (delivery-as-a-service). You will have a chance to not only make restaurants' life easier but also shape retail q-commerce with ultra fast deliveries for all of the segments: from flower shops to groceries and electronics offered directly from their e-commerce channel.
What you’ll be doing
Helping contracted Merchants make their 1st order
Take part in Merchant negotiations
Co-operate with our middleware partners to ensure smooth integration with the Merchants
Co-operate with central and local teams of Operations and Marketing
Conduct Merchant analysis and reporting
Take part in interesting Sales & Operational projects
Our humble expectations
Solid experience from a previous key account role.
Analytical approach and basic knowledge of analytical dashboards - for example, Looker or Power BI (for creating reports)
Structured, detail-oriented and service-oriented approach
Fantastic communication skills; you should be comfortable speaking with a wide range of different customers and stakeholders and know how to adapt your approach accordingly.
Passion for food and developing the best restaurants in town.
Experience from working with a SaaS sales or gastronomy business is a plus.
Fluent in Polish and English.
