Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Ad Operations and Reporting Intern to join our Wolt Ads team. In this role, you will support the Ad Operations and Reporting Specialist in managing ad and promo campaigns, ensuring they are executed efficiently and delivering actionable performance insights. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ad operations, data analysis, and campaign management within a dynamic and fast-growing advertising business.

Our Wolt Ads Product team is responsible for building our Ads business across 23 countries. As an intern, you will play an essential role in assisting with the setup, monitoring, and reporting of ad campaigns, helping to drive optimization and deliver value to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and launch of ad and promo campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and delivery.

• Monitor campaign performance daily and help identify optimization opportunities using performance dashboards.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet deadlines and stay within budget.

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to ad delivery and performance, escalating more complex issues to the appropriate teams.

• Support the maintenance and updating of ad reporting dashboards in collaboration with the BI team.

• Help prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and clients.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ad operations processes and procedures.

• Stay up to date on ad operations tools, platforms, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Currently in the final year of Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing, advertising, data analytics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Ad Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, or Amazon Advertising is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of SQL or a desire to learn data analysis tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus but not required.

• A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Eligible to work in Israel.
