As an AR Manager, you will help shape our advertising invoicing process while keeping pace within one of the fastest growing marketplace companies.

 Day-to-day:

- Lead key operational initiatives to streamline advertising revenue invoicing and own the end to end process.

- Work cross functionally with Group Accounting, RTR, Business Control/FP&A and Local operations  teams to design and implement efficient processes and tools that meet the requirements of a dynamic and fast growing advertising business stream.

- Implement relevant controls together with Internal Control and Internal Audit teams to adhere to SOX requirements. 

- Work with the Product, Engineering and Data Analytics teams to continuously improve on ads Revenue Reconciliation processes and manage reconciliation analysis with the help of the data and analytics experts.

- Proactively support collection by providing requirements for timely debt recovery of advertising receivables when applicable. 

- Responsible for internal and external audit walkthroughs, process documentation and audit deliverables when applicable.

- Support local teams by offering guidance and regular training on the relevant ads invoicing topics

Our humble expectations

- You have 7+ years experience in AR function/Invoicing Operations, including 1-2+ years experience in managing staff.

- Experience working in a marketplace/food delivery company and advertising business preferred.

- Preferably 1-2+ years of leadership experience. 

- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

- Knowledge of SOX is an advantage.

- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing work environments.

- Self-motivated and self-managed - able to think independently, creatively, and opportunistically.

- Get-it-done mindset - you're able to handle stress well, humble and scrappy!

- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

- Experience in the gig economy or marketplace company is a plus.

- Comfortable using English as a working language.

- Must be eligible to work in the E.U.
