What you’ll be doing
The Merchant Services Associate is essential to ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for Wolt’s partners. This role focuses on maintaining accurate venue data, managing unmanaged venues, and resolving support-related issues in a timely and professional manner. The Associate will work closely with internal teams to handle a variety of operational and administrative tasks, all aimed at improving partner satisfaction and platform performance. This position requires strong attention to detail, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Build strong relationships with partners by training them on how to use our systems and keeping them updated on improvements
- Ensure partners reach the highest service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks
- Support partner business growth by analyzing and sharing data insights
- Manage and update partner menus and visuals to ensure alignment with the Wolt brand
- Assist the Development team with urgent cases as needed
- Share best practices across the team to improve processes and support
