What you’ll be doing
As a CRM Specialist at Wolt, you’ll play a key role in shaping how millions of users experience our brand through personalized, data-driven communication. You’ll manage CRM initiatives across multiple markets - turning insights into impactful campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and growth.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
- Plan, build, and execute automated and ad-hoc CRM campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels.
- Collaborate with local and global marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals and ensure strong localization.
- Analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Use AI and automation tools to optimize segmentation, content, and timing for smarter, faster execution.
- Continuously test, learn, and share best practices to enhance CRM performance and customer experience across markets.
Our humble expectations
- 2–3 years of experience working in CRM, preferably in tech, eCommerce, or on-demand services.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Iterable, Salesforce, Braze, or similar.
- Solid understanding of automated lifecycle campaigns and multi-channel communication (email, push, in-app).
- Strong analytical mindset - confident in reading data, identifying insights, and making data-driven decisions.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills - you’ll work closely with multiple markets and teams.
- A proactive, curious, and collaborative approach, always looking for smarter and more creative ways to engage users.
