About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
About the Global Merchant Team
On the Global Merchant team, our mission is to provide best-in-class merchant selection—spanning restaurants and other verticals—to deliver exceptional value to consumers while empowering merchants to grow their businesses profitably on Wolt. We achieve this by building world class operations, launching innovative products and collaborating closely with commercial teams across our 30+ countries.
Our five global subteams focus on distinct areas of the merchant lifecycle and experience but also our internal efficiency related to reaching our mission:
- The Merchant S&O (Strategy & Operations) team is responsible for our merchant and selection strategy, merchant experience, planning and performance tracking, operating model design as well as commercial go-to-market approaches
- The Revenue S&O team owns and develops the revenue strategy, goaling, sales operations processes, tools and enablement programs to support and improve the productivity of our countries’ sales & account management teams.
- The Merchant Operations subteam focuses on smooth execution of core processes such as onboarding, in-store flows, self-service tooling and integrations - this in a very tight collaboration with our product teams
- The Enterprise team works directly with global current and prospective merchant partners to unlock and grow our joint business
- The B2B subteam owns and develops some of our newer service offerings for merchants - such as logistics as a service (Drive)
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling the analytics foundation that drives performance tracking, system adoption, and operational excellence across our commercial organization. As we transition from our legacy systems to Salesforce as the primary CRM, you will focus on delivering end-to-end reporting and actionable insights by unifying data from Salesforce and other sources within a centralized analytics environment.
You will design and deliver intuitive dashboards—within Salesforce, Looker, and related tools—that empower data-driven decision-making, strengthen system adoption, and enhance transparency across teams. Your work will establish consistent metrics, promote visibility, and foster a strong analytics culture across the organization.
What you will be doing
- Design and deliver intuitive dashboards in Salesforce and Looker to drive visibility, system adoption, and compliance tracking across Account Management, Sales & Onboarding teams.
- Support the migration from legacy systems by ensuring continuity in analytics and data accessibility, leveraging ETL processes to maintain data integrity throughout the transition.
- Leverage the organization’s data infrastructure to integrate analytics and visualization tools with Salesforce data, providing teams with unified, real-time access to actionable insights.
- Partner with Data, Engineering, and Operational teams to define and operationalize key performance metrics that measure productivity, pipeline health, and system usage effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain data infrastructure that enables ongoing tracking of internal productivity and process efficiency.
- Document data flows, dashboards, and metrics definitions to ensure transparency, maintainability, and alignment across teams.
Our Humble Expectations
- Solid experience in data infrastructure and analytics, particularly in integrating and modeling data from Salesforce, Snowflake, or other enterprise systems.
- Strong SQL and data transformation skills with the ability to create scalable, well-structured data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience in dashboarding and visualization with a proven ability to design intuitive and impactful dashboards using tools like Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI, tailored to various stakeholder levels.
- Ability to understand business needs and convert them into measurable metrics, KPIs, and actionable reporting frameworks that drive decision-making and track performance effectively.
- Experience working in CRM or sales analytics environments, with an understanding of commercial team workflows.
Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion
We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
