What you’ll be doing
As the Fleet Account Management Lead, you’ll be at the heart of Wolt’s operations, ensuring our courier fleet partners deliver top-quality service while growing sustainably with us. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll guide and inspire your team, build strong partnerships, and turn challenges into opportunities for improvement. Every day will bring new problems to solve and chances to push boundaries, making a real impact on our business and the experience of our customers and partners.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists and Associates.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with fleet partners, including contract negotiations and performance reviews.
- Ensure partners address compliance findings by coordinating with the Compliance Office and following up on corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze partner performance against KPIs, ensuring service quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational effectiveness and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Safety) to align strategies and processes.
Our humble expectations
- 3+ years of experience in account management, logistics, or operations, preferably in e-commerce, tech, or transportation.
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Languages: Fluency in English is required. German and Arabic are considered a strong plus.
