About The Team
Wolt for Work is a rapidly-growing B2B business at Wolt, and we have ambitious plans to massively accelerate this growth. Our mission is simple: we want to bring the same great user experience that Wolt is known for to business users around the world. Through Wolt’s established delivery network and vast number of restaurant and retail partners, Wolt for Work enables businesses to boost their employees’ happiness no matter where they are working, promote camaraderie in teams, and save time and effort running office events. We are already live in 16 of Wolt’s 23 countries, with no plans to slow down.
The Partnership Manager for Wolt for Work plays a critical role in scaling a profitable and strategically important vertical within Wolt.
By managing and growing corporate partnerships across all company tiers—from SMBs to large enterprises—the Partnership Manager strengthens Wolt’s position in the B2B space.
What you’ll be doing
- Identifying potential partnerships and contacting potential partners that are a great fit for Wolt for Work.
- Building strong relationships across our partners.
- A natural ‘hunter’ with hunger to build and create a portfolio from the ground up.
- Demonstrable consultative sales approach - someone that can build relationships and tailor our offering and business model to a specific partner based on various parameters.
- As our business grows we are rolling out new features that could be beneficial to our potential clients- you will be the one to decide how our clients can benefit from them in order to fulfill the potential from our platforms.
- Able to analyze data to understand venue performance in order to set profitable business terms and conduct negotiations regarding partnership terms.
- Team Player - growing is something that we do together as a team - we value teamwork and knowledge sharing in order to achieve our goals
Our humble expectations
- 5+ years of proven track record in corporate /B2B sales, ideally in enterprise or mid-market segments.
- Experience with consultative sales and long-cycle deal management.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with HR and C-level decision makers but also happy to deal with office managers and assistants
- Comfortable using CRM tools (we use Pipedrive) and sales productivity platforms.
- Sales minded, ambitious with a hands-on customer focused mindset
- Tenacity and creativity to approach and solve clients’ problems.
- Have a self-starter proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in a flat organisation.
- Professional level fluency in local language, English and Russian
