About the Role
We’re building a high-performance Consumer team at Wolt Germany to drive growth and profitability across Wolt+, Pricing & Incentives, Loyalty, and Discovery. As the Head of Consumer Lifecycle Growth, you will own how customers in Germany progress through the lifecycle — from onboarding and activation, through engagement and retention, to Wolt+ conversion and loyalty.
This role owns customer development strategy and execution: you’ll design and run lifecycle campaigns, partner closely with Marketing to integrate CAC spend into sustainable customer growth, and work with global pricing ad incentives to optimise discount and promo programs for the German market. You’ll be the bridge between acquisition and long-term value, ensuring that every euro spent on acquiring customers turns into meaningful, retained Wolt+ members.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the German customer lifecycle funnel: onboarding → activation → engagement → W+ conversion → retention.
- Design and execute lifecycle campaigns (segmentation, nudges, reactivation) with clear, measurable business outcomes.
- Partner closely with Marketing to:
- Integrate CAC-driven campaigns into lifecycle frameworks.
- Mitigate fraud and promo abuse.
- Improve order conversion rates and long-term value of acquired customers.
- Localize and execute global programs (algorithmic discounts, promos, lifecycle initiatives) for German customer segments.
- Run structured tests and funnel optimizations to continuously improve activation and retention.
- Segment customers by lifecycle stage and value to design targeted growth interventions.
- Build a reporting and feedback loop with Consumer leadership, Marketing, and Global CX to inform both local execution and global strategy.
Our Humble Expectations
- 6–8+ years of experience in growth or consumer strategy roles.
- Strong track record of running lifecycle campaigns with measurable impact on retention and conversion.
- Excellent analytical skills (SQL/Python a plus) and ability to turn funnel data into action.
- Experience partnering closely with Marketing teams, ideally with exposure to CAC mechanics.
- Comfortable in ambiguity: can structure lifecycle problems, design and test interventions, and iterate fast.
- Strong cross-functional skills: able to collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Analytics.
- A builder’s mindset — curious about customer behavior and energized by creating systems that scale.
