Due to Wolt's rapid expansion and the plans we have until 2025, we need a team leader for the acquisition team of new restaurants in the Moravia region. You will currently be in charge of a 5-member team across the entire Moravia region (Brno, Ostrava, etc.).

You will report directly to our Head of Sales, be a key partner for restaurants and at the same time lead the team, set and possibly adjust KPIs and report results.

We expect personal meetings and movement in the region about 3 days a week, 1-2 days admin/office (we have offices in Brno or you can also use the home office option) and twice a month travel to Prague.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and manage a team of up to 5 sales managers
  • Conduct weekly regional, city and team performance reviews to assess progress towards goals
  • Set ambitious but achievable goals and OKRs to drive Wolt’s long-term growth and success in your region
  • Conduct frequent quality and satisfaction reviews to ensure service standards
  • Negotiate with new restaurants in the region
  • Demonstrate hands-on leadership by building strong relationships, negotiating key contracts and driving mutual growth with top partners
  • Create a positive work environment that enables team development.
