As couriers at Wolt have complete freedom to choose when to go online and which tasks to approve, their behavior affects our overall levels of service and metrics. Optimizing and molding their behavior via analytical insights is an everyday, game-changing mission.
What you’ll be doing
The Supply Activation Specialist will own executional responsibilities, enabling management to focus on higher-leverage strategic work. This role will directly support Service Gaps reduction by ensuring fast, high-quality rollouts of activation initiatives across ISR. Your day-to-day responsibilities:
- Execute monthly courier engagement campaigns and set up user journeys (Ops, Iterable)
- Build and launch activation comms (push, in-app, banners) with content support
- Track performance and budgets to ensure cost-effective execution
- Monitor activations in real-time and iterate quickly based on results
- Lead post-campaign analysis (Service Gaps impact, plan vs. actuals, engagement)
- Act as key point of contact for Support, ensuring readiness and resolving issues
- Align with Ops and Support on campaign planning and delivery
Our humble expectations
- You have strong analytical skills and feel comfortable working with numbers, campaign metrics, cost modeling, performance metrics and dashboards.
- High attention to detail; capable of setting up sensitive activation rules and activation journeys without mistakes.
- Clear communicator and storyteller; able to create comms, flows and designs that drive action
- You have experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or operational dashboards (Iterable, Salesforce, or similar — an advantage).
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
- You have a strong sense of prioritization — knowing when to move fast and when to double-check
