Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we're best known for our delivery platform. On our mobile apps or website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners – or other items from our grocery and retail partners – to either pick up their order or have it delivered by our courier partners. 

We're currently active in 23 countries and more than 120 cities, servicing over 8 million customers. Our apps (iOS and Android) have the industry's highest reviews, largely because of our customer-centric approach to how we build our products and operations. For example, our customer service team responds in a matter of seconds, in the customer's own language.

Our internal tooling enables us to ramp up new cities efficiently and provide excellent customer service, our own logistics platform allows us to optimise our couriers' work to get you the food you want as fast as possible, and our restaurant platform allows restaurants to offer exciting food experiences for our customers in an optimal way.

What you’ll be doing

Are you a skilled sales professional looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you have a solid understanding of retail operations in Poland? If so, we’d love to connect!

  • Manage and grow a pipeline of potential retail partnerships, building strong relationships and positioning Wolt as the preferred partner
  • Identify high-value retailers that complement Wolt’s portfolio, using data-driven insights to assess performance and market potential
  • Conduct cold calling to engage potential partners, confidently initiating conversations and driving new business opportunities
  • Stay ahead of competitors by maintaining deep industry knowledge across key retail verticals, including supermarkets, convenience stores, florists, and bakeries
  • Lead negotiations on partnership agreements, ensuring smooth onboarding and maintaining ownership until the retail development team takes over
  • Contribute to local sales strategy, helping accelerate Wolt’s market expansion and optimize growth opportunities
  • Ensure an ideal product selection

Our humble expectations

  • Proven expertise in retail sales, ideally within FMCG, alcohol wholesale, or related industries
  • A self-driven sales professional with a strong ability to build and manage a portfolio from the ground up
  • Consultative sales approach, skilled in developing lasting relationships and tailoring solutions to meet partner needs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical mindset—capable of translating data into actionable insights and tracking key sales metrics
  • Fluency in Polish and strong proficiency in English is required
