The role focuses on building strong relationships with partners through training and updates, maintaining high service standards via quality checks, supporting partner growth with user data, managing and updating the menu platform to align with Wolt’s brand, assisting the crossfunctional teams with urgent tasks, and sharing best practices within the team.
Duties and responsibilities include among other things
- Building relationships with our partners by training them on using our systems and keeping them up to speed on any updates.
- Ensuring our portfolio reaches the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks.
- Developing our partners and their businesses by using our collected user data.
- Being responsible or our menu platform and always being up to date with the text and visuals that reflect the Wolt brand.
- Helping our development team in any other urgent cases.
- Sharing best practices amongst the Development team and cross functional teams
