What is Wolt Drive?
Wolt Drive is one of our newest and fastest-growing ventures, offering businesses in Israel the ability to connect with their customers through ultra-fast last-mile delivery – even if they’re not on the Wolt platform.
With an industry-leading logistics network and thousands of courier partners across the country, we now enable external businesses to integrate Wolt Drive directly into their app or e-commerce site to provide a seamless, rapid delivery experience.
About the role
As the Head of Wolt Drive in Israel, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing our local go-to-market strategy, leading our commercial efforts, and driving operational excellence. You'll own the success of Wolt Drive in the Israeli market – from building strong partnerships and integrations to scaling the business with measurable impact. You’ll also collaborate closely with local and global teams to ensure our offering is tailored for success.
What you’ll be doing
- Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for Wolt Drive in Israel.
- Establish and grow strategic partnerships with businesses that can benefit from our delivery services.
- Drive performance and revenue growth with existing Wolt Drive partners.
- Lead and develop a small team, while preparing for future scale.
- Use data to support strategic decisions and improve performance.
- Work cross-functionally with local and global teams (Product, Analytics, Marketing, Support, Operations, and more) to ensure a competitive and tailored offering for the Israeli market.
- Collaborate with restaurant and retail sales teams to identify Wolt Drive opportunities within existing partnerships.
- Ensure we have the right technical integrations in place to win the market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success in solution sales, business development, or partnerships – ideally within SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce, or last-mile logistics.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams (directly or through influence).
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset – capable of building and scaling a business from scratch.
- Ability to lead complex partnership cycles from initial pitch to signed contract – with both large enterprise clients and SMBs.
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills: ability to interpret metrics, evaluate pricing models, and define KPIs.
- Track record of collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive long-term success.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
