What you’ll be doing
- Driving and managing growth of our current partners by improving venue performance with strong analysis and high-level consultation.
- Managing the relationship and performance of the retail portfolio to ensure mutual value is created to both retail partners, courier partners, customers and Wolt.
- Using your analytical competencies to dissect merchant data and identify improvement areas.
- Testing how to work with retail partners at scale, evaluating results and building seamless processes to make sure you and your team structure your work efficiently and create results.
- Re-negotiating general terms and conditions of key partners.
- Ensuring the success of your team by setting targets, sparring, coaching, managing their efforts, and whatever else it takes.
- Ensuring the well-being of the team and creating a positive work environment that enables the team to develop.
- Evangelizing best practices and actively consulting your team.
- Recruiting new talented Retail Development Managers into your team.
- Facilitating a strong communications loop among all other functions at Wolt.
- Facilitating a strong communications loop alongside the Onboarding and Support Lead and Sales Lead.
Qualifications
- Experience - You have a solid track record as a Business Developer or as a Senior Account Manager.
- Analytical skills and good business flair - You have the ability to ‘think big’ as well as execute ‘on-the-fly’ via understanding the dynamics behind the business through your analysis of large data sets.
- Project management - You know how to manage internal as well as external stakeholders, and how to implement projects in a structured and logical method.
- Effective communication - Outstanding interpersonal and business skills. Able to quickly establish gravitas and credibility with a range of stakeholders.
- Good leadership skills or potential - You know how to motivate, coach, and educate team members to reach their full potential. Previous experience in managing a team is advantageous.
- Fluent in Georgian and English
