At Wolt, we are looking for a person to help us develop and optimize the performance of our partners through promotional campaigns and sponsored listing. In this role, you will be a key player in executing these initiatives, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with our partners' business objectives. You will work closely with the partner account management team, the marketing team, and the Wolt app development team to deliver the best solutions to our partners and support them in achieving better results.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing promotional offers and sponsored listing on the Wolt platform, ensuring their effective execution and proper targeting to customers.
  • Creating, configuring, and monitoring promotional campaigns and sponsored listing.
  • Analyzing campaign results and developing recommendations based on data.
  • Creating reports and analyses for internal use as well as for external partners.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with restaurant partners in the areas of promotions and advertising.
  • Monitoring market trends and analyzing competitors' promotional offers and advertising campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Experience in analytics, business customer support, or managing sponsored listing and promotional campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data.
  • Knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau) will be an additional asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business partners.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse environment—here you will combine interpersonal and analytical skills while meeting a wide range of people and businesses.
  • Initiative, creativity, and the ability to solve problems independently.
  • A passion for food and knowledge of the restaurant market in Poland would be an asset
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
