In this role, you will serve as the operational and analytical backbone of the Retail Department, working closely with the Head of Retail. You’ll be responsible for gathering and structuring key data, identifying gaps, preparing high-level presentations for management meetings, and supporting strategic decision-making. Beyond numbers, this role requires someone with strong documentation skills, a structured approach to project coordination, and the ability to provide data services across the department.
What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and present key reports for management meetings, including identifying gaps, opportunities, and action items.
- Provide data services to the Retail team, supporting decision-making with structured insights.
- Document and summarize major department events and initiatives, ensuring all information is well-organized and accessible.
- Oversee project coordination, ensuring smooth execution of strategic initiatives like seasonal campaigns (e.g., Pesach preparations).
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment between different teams.
- Create professional, high-quality presentations to communicate insights and strategies effectively.
- Support the team in optimizing merchant operations, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant role (Trade Marketing, Business Operations, business analyst or related fields).
- Strong data orientation, ability to extract insights and present them clearly.
- Experience in creating structured reports and presentations – attention to detail is a must!
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills – ability to track progress, structure information, and keep things moving.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) – SQL or BI tools are a plus.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence different teams.
- Proactive mindset, someone who sees the bigger picture but is also hands-on with execution.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
