Job Description
Through Wolt’s established delivery network and vast number of restaurant and retail partners, Wolt For Work (https://explore.wolt.com/en/swe/wolt-for-work) enables businesses to boost their employees’ happiness no matter where they are working, promote camaraderie in teams, and save time and effort running office events.
Raise the B2B sales bar with us to create effective business development in a different way
Wolt For Work is a rapidly-growing B2B business. It is relatively new to both Wolt and the market, and we need you to help us make it grow by accelerating the sales efforts in Sweden.. We believe that sales can be made in so many ways so we value creativity, tenacity, and drive. Given the low market penetration we are however convinced that keeping a high, consistent level of outbound activities, in a structured and qualitative way will be key to succeed in this role. This is going to be a team effort. Let’s build this together!
Work with local and global accounts from start to finish
. You will be part of the Swedish Wolt for Work team. A small and fast-growing team with ambitious growth plans. The team is made up of Sales and Account Management, where Sales works across the funnel and does typically not hand over to Account Management until a new account is signed, unboarded, and active. The Swedish team also works in close cooperation with Global Teams in order to secure coordination of global accounts as well as knowledge sharing.In our office in Stockholm we like to be social with weekly breakfasts and after-works.. We also have book clubs, film clubs, a ping-pong table and more.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Take part in accelerating our B2B sales and business development
- Full sales funnel responsibility with strong emphasis on keeping a high outbound sales activity level
- Corporate account onboarding, management and development (Sales typically owns through sign-onboard-activate))
- Market research and sales analytics to identify targets
Qualifications
- Analytical mind and structured approach that allows for a high, consistent level of input sales activities
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development and/or partnerships in B2B or enterprise fields.
- A true hunter with a preference for striking when the opportunity opens
- Natural tendency for ownership with a get-stuff-done, entrepreneurial attitude
- True culture champion who adds energy to the team, rolls-up-their-sleeves and exemplifies teamwork. We also value humility and politeness at all times!
