At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

וולט מרקט גדלה בקצב גבוה ואנחנו מחפשים את מנהל/ת האזור הבא/ה שלנו שיוביל/תוביל את החזון שלנו בתחום הקמעונאות.
כמנהל/ת אזור תפעולי, תהי/ה אחראי/ת לתמוך בצוות מנהלי החנויות ולנהל יחד איתם כ-6/7 חנויות. ארבעת התחומים שבהם תתמקד/י: בטיחות, איכות, חוויית לקוח ועמידה ביעדים של אזור הפעילות שלך.
בתפקיד זה, תוביל/י כל מה שקשור בהגדרת תפקידי תפעול ואחריות בהצבת יעדים, אופטימיזציה של פריסת החנויות, שיפור עלויות, הבטחת חוויית משתמש מצוינת ולספק הנהגה לצוות של מנהלי חנויות ועובדי חנות.
מה תעשה בתפקיד:
- אחראי/ת לפעילות החנויות מתחילת הדרך ועד להשלמת המשלוחים באזורך.
- יצירת תחזיות והגדרת דרישות פרודוקטיביות כדי לעמוד במטרות הכלליות של החנות/האזור.
- מתן הנחיות יומיומיות והכוונת מנהלי החנויות והעובדים כדי לייעל את פעולתה של החנות ולהבטיח מצוינות תפעולית.
- ניהול כח אדם וניהול עלויות.
- לפחות 3 שנים של ניסיון בניהול אזור בקמעונאות, הפצה, מסעדנות או תיירות – חובה.
- ניסיון כמנהל/ת אזור בתעשיית הקמעונאות – יתרון משמעותי.
- כישורים אנליטיים מצוינים.
- ניסיון בהובלת צוותים בחנויות או בתחום דומה.
- אנגלית - טובה/ עסקית.
- יכולת לחשוב ולפעול במהירות באופן תפעולי עם תשומת לב לפרטים.
- גישה פרואקטיבית, מעשית ועם גמישות לשינויים.
