As a result of our rapid expansion - and the plans we have for 2025 – we need a new Merchant Onboarding/Services Associate to assist our sales team and ensure they are working as efficiently as possible.
What you'll be doing
- Data entry, updating restaurant & retail venue menus, and other changes to venue information.
- Ensuring all our partners receive the correct training on how to use the Wolt app, and monitoring their use of the system moving forward.
- Other ad-hoc administrative and organisational tasks as they come up!
- Have a valid driving licence and a car.
- Fluent in English (Maltese is a plus).
- Experience in data entry or other administrative work would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets would be considered an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Structured, detailed and service-oriented.
- Self-starter and a passion for food.
