About the Internship:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Intern to support our Sales team in Poland. This internship offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in outside sales, business development, and customer relationship management. You will work closely with our experienced Sales specialists, contributing to the growth of Wolt by identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with our restaurant partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: Assist in identifying potential partners (restaurants) and prioritising prospective business partners in the sales pipeline, who could benefit from Wolt's services
Outreach: Support the Sales team in reaching out to potential partners via phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce Wolt.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the Sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective partners.
Relationship Building: Assist in maintaining and nurturing relationships with prospective partners during the sales process, ensuring their cooperation with Wolt's services.
Data Analysis: Analyse sales data and trends to support decision-making and strategy development.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service to partners.
Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field and being in their last year of studies.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Proactiveness: A self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable with multitasking and adjusting to new priorities as they arise.
Tech-Savvy: Able to adopt new technologies quickly, for example Google suite, Slack, analytics tools etc.
Passion for Sales: A keen interest in sales, business development, and relationship management.
