About the Role

Wolt is embarking on a bold new journey with the launch of Wolt B2B - a dedicated business line focused on delivering smart, scalable solutions for business customers. One of our core offerings, Wolt B2B Wholesale, connects businesses with Denmark’s wholesalers, both large and small, allowing them to order everything from ingredients to supplies, delivered seamlessly through Wolt’s Courier Partners.

After a successful pilot in Denmark, we’re now scaling fast. To support this growth, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales Manager to join our team.

In this role, you play a key role in driving the growth of our B2B Wholesale business by acquiring new customers - focusing primarily on larger accounts such as chains and enterprise-level partners. In this role, you’ll own the entire sales funnel, from the very first outreach to closing the deal. Your daily work will include calling potential customers to book meetings and meeting them in person to present our offering. As we prepare to scale rapidly, you’ll be a crucial part of expanding our B2B Wholesale presence and supporting the launch of new cities across Denmark. Given Wolt’s strong footprint in the food and restaurant space, your primary customers in the first year will be within the HoReCa industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive: Take full control of your own lead portfolio and actively reach out to potential customers.
  • Pitch: Set up meetings and meet merchants in person to present the value of Wolt B2B Wholesale.
  • Expand: Travel across Denmark 5-15 days per month to support the launch of new cities and regions.
  • Deliver: Ensure a flawless transition from signed deal to a smooth onboarding experience in collaboration with our merchant onboarding team 
  • Innovate: Team up with your colleagues to enhance sales methodologies and boost overall performance.
  • Decide: Use data to back your intuition and make impactful, business-minded decisions.

Our humble expectations

  • Experience: You are a true hunter with demonstrable experience of being successful in a B2B sales position - preferably with some experience from working with or in the hospitality industry
  • Communication: You are a strong communicator and have fundamental commercial understanding
  • You’re fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken: Your main focus will be on businesses in Denmark, so local language skills are key.
  • Ambitious and driven: You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up the sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced startup environment. You love to compete and thrive in a result-driven environment where we celebrate success,
  • Tools: Experience with CRM systems or data tools is a nice bonus.
