Role Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Workday Integrations Specialist to join our People Tech team. This role involves crafting and managing integrations within Workday, enhancing system functionality, and providing essential support to our business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Integration Development and Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration needs and objectives.
Design and implement robust integration solutions connecting Workday with internal and external systems using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors, Picof/ PECI
Ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and security of data through comprehensive testing and error management.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing integrations, serving as the primary technical contact for business teams.
Document all integration processes and maintain a detailed log of system changes and updates.
System Configuration and Enhancement:
Develop custom Workday Extend applications by working closely with business stakeholders to meet their needs.
Recommend and implement improvements and innovations within the Workday platform.
Lead the integration aspects of Workday system upgrades, ensuring compatibility and functionality with new releases.
Compliance and Collaboration:
Work alongside the HR team to ensure system security, business process compliance, and alignment with audit requirements such as SOC and SOX.
Engage with the broader Workday community to stay abreast of new technologies and best practices, using this knowledge to propose solutions that address business challenges.
Project and Implementation Leadership:
Lead Workday integration projects from conception through to successful execution, ensuring alignment with the overall People Tech roadmap.
Manage the implementation of system configurations, testing, training, and deployment to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
Our humble expectations
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in Workday integration development and support, including at least 1 year of experience with Workday Extend.
Demonstrable knowledge of Workday technologies such as Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, BIRT Reporting, PECI, Cloud Connectors, and Document Transformation.
Proficiency in data transformation languages including XSLT and XTT/ETV.
Strong capability in designing complex reports and dashboards.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of effective project management and cross-functional collaboration.
A Workday integration certification is highly desirable.
