Wolt is embarking on a very exciting journey: to build one of the most important Retail Media ecosystems in the 27 countries we operate, so brands can leverage consumer insights, connect with shoppers via advertising in-app and off-app and deliver unforgettable brand experiences to our millions of shoppers.
We are seeking a Sales Specialist to participate in our efforts for our Restaurant and Retail advertising and promotion business. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth through direct sales and long tail merchant partnerships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, a strong track record of delivering results, and the ability to convert restaurant and merchant partners into advertising clients.
Our Wolt Ads Product team is responsible for building our Ads business across the globe. Together with our local account management team, the Advertisement Specialist is responsible for ensuring the delivery of Ads sales targets in the country they operate - with the help of senior account management colleagues, of course.
In this role, you will be reporting to our Ads & Promotion Manager. This person will be a member in both the Global Ads team and local account management team.
Responsibilities:
Execute the local strategy to drive revenue growth for our restaurant and retail ads business and achieve targets.
Build and manage relationships with local restaurants and other merchants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure sales objectives are met.
Execute new and existing sales processes and procedures to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze advertisement performance metrics and provide regular updates to your manager and the wider account management team
Negotiate and close advertising investment deals with long tail accounts while focusing on revenue growth, product adoption, and customer engagement.
Fluent communication skills in Hungarian and good communication skills in English
応募資格・条件
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales management in relevant industries (restaurants, retail) with a proven ability to communicate with a high-performing sales team.
Having experience in advertising sales is an advantage
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on win-win solutions.
Good analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
