What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying and contacting potential restaurant and retail partners that are a great fit for Wolt in Hungary

  • Negotiating and closing partnership contracts in order to meet individual sales targets.

  • Organizing and chairing meeting with external partners both in Hungarian and in English

  • Studying and analyzing venue performance in order to negotiate profitable contract terms.

  • Collaborating with other departments (e.g., Onboarding, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth integration and ongoing partner support.

  • Participating in cross-functional projects to support Wolt’s business development.

  • Analyzing sales and marketing opportunities within the assigned territories

  • Flagging recurring partner feedbacks, market trends to the Senior Sales Manager

  • Utilizing Excel for standard calculations, Ops Tools for merchant-related tasks and Looker for analyzing basic reports.

  • Addressing any issues or challenges faced by partners, ensuring quick and effective resolution.

Our humble expectations

  • At least 3 years experience in B2B and B2C field sales, business development or sales manager.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics

  • Fluent in Hungarian and in English

  • Driving license 

  • Ability to build relationships is your second-nature

  • Stakeholder mindset

  • Advanced negotiation skills 

  • Customer centricity

  • Proactive attitude

  • Ability to think analytically and use data to drive decision-making
