Der Job

Wir suchen Support Associates in Teilzeit/Werkstudenten für unser Team in Berlin-Friedrichshain.

Du bist Teil der Live-Operation, schreibst mit allen Wolt Usern - Kunden, Kurieren oder Restaurants - und sorgst so für den besten Support, den sich hungrige Menschen wünschen können. 

Du willst bei uns mitmischen? Dann solltest du folgendes mitbringen:

  • Customer Obsession: Wir wollen unseren Kunden mehr bieten, als einfach nur Probleme zu lösen. Jede Unterhaltung hat die Möglichkeit eine unvergessliche Erfahrung zu werden.
  • Team Player: Du arbeitest in einem Team mit internationalem Touch. Unsere Live Operation ist der Kleber, der alles zusammenhält. Damit stehst du in engem Austausch mit unseren weiteren Teams.
  • Persönlich und kommunikativ: Du triffst bei jedem Gesprächspartner den richtigen Ton und kannst auf kreative Weise sympathisch reagieren.
  • Attitude: Du übernimmst Verantwortung, gehst deine Arbeit vorausschauend an und hast immer das große Ganze im Blick.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch fließend auf C1-Niveau
  • Es handelt sich um eine Stelle mit Schichtdienst. Du kannst morgens, abends und auch an Wochenenden arbeiten – Wolt steht seinen Kunden sieben Tage die Woche zur Verfügung 
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen in kundenorientierten Jobs gesammelt
  • Du hast eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, ein Auge fürs Detail und verlierst dabei nie das große Ganze aus dem Blick
  • Du bist tech-savvy, kannst schnell tippen, und interessierst dich für digitale Produkte
