About the Role

We are searching for an experienced and driven (Senior) Manager, Markets Strategy & Operations. You will support Wolt's strategic operations globally.

Responsibilities:
In a nutshell, solving problems, seizing growth opportunities and driving fast execution. For example, you’ll be:

• Helping us on strategic projects both in existing and new markets around the globe

• Solving business problems ranging from identifying an opportunity to forming a strategy to working hand in hand with our senior people from the markets to roll it out into concrete impact.

• Collaborate effectively with Regional General Managers, central teams (legal, finance, etc.), and product teams.

• Set-up and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across different teams and departments.

• Ensure on-time project delivery and rollout, driving business metrics such as incremental Gross Order Value, efficiency, or EBITDA savings.

• Going deep into numbers in order to form data driven decisions or recommendations, and communicate them effectively in order to drive real actions. We have solid data on everything, the key is to have a strong nose for value, understand what really matters and how to concretely mobilise the findings.

• Previous strategy experience from top tier tech/platform ecosystems, global e-commerce players and/or management consulting.

• Consumer mindset, experience from building world-class consumer services

• Excellent people skills. In order to make any impact, you need to be able to inspire and convince people from a wide spectrum of backgrounds, ranging from developers to senior management.

• Drive, ownership and independence. Comfortable working both independently as well as managing a group of stakeholders, often in parallel across multiple topics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
