Wolt is a tech company from Finland best known for our delivery platform. In 2015 we started with restaurant food and over time we’ve added groceries, gifts, and other items. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything.
To get to our vision, we're now building a new tech hub in Stockholm. As part of our team, you can choose to work from our office, from the comfort of your own home, or a hybrid of both.
We now operate in over 30 countries and 500+ cities and our products are used by millions of customers. But we’re only getting started — join us to build Wolt together.

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014, we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in over 30 countries around the world.
We try to make every city we enter a better place – and by that we mean making our customers happy, supporting local businesses, and creating earning opportunities wherever we go.
Building product at scale
We operate in 30 countries and 500+ cities, and are always on the lookout for new expansion opportunities. Our products are used by millions of users, tens of thousands of courier partners, thousands of merchants and thousands of internal customers at Wolt.
Building hyper-localized experiences at scale while keeping our customers at heart is a balancing act. Most of what we build starts with a blank page — often there are no frameworks or specific direction, but we experiment and build from scratch. It’s not easy, but we’re up for the challenge.

We always focus on creating meaningful and loveable user experiences. And that’s why we’re humbled, yet proud to say our customers give us the best ratings in the industry with a global average of 4.8/5 on App Store and 4.6/5 on Google Play (as of March 2023).
Whether it’s our consumer facing products or internal tooling for our teams at Wolt, our goal is to create the best possible user experience.
Built on ownership, autonomy and trust
Our product teams are like mini start-ups, made up of engineers, analysts, designers and a product lead. Each team has all the resources they need to solve the customer problem they’re focusing on, and team members are trusted as area experts to do the right thing.
Our model is based on autonomy, ownership and trust. We believe in keeping decision-making within teams to ensure we focus on what’s most impactful for our customers. And this also means everyone is accountable for their area of ownership. While we keep each other accountable, teams always help each other out and collaborate.
