We’re now looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Marketing Automation team. In this role, you’ll help take our Courier Partner CRM strategies to the next level.
As part of our Global Marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with local marketing teams to ensure that localisation is seamlessly integrated into everything we do. Since this is a newly established team within Marketing Automation, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape how we work — bringing fresh ideas, testing new approaches, and tailoring strategies to fit each market’s unique needs.
What you’ll be doing
As a CRM Specialist, you’ll work across all markets, focusing on the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our CRM strategy. You’ll analyse and interpret data to uncover insights that drive smarter decisions and more impactful campaigns. You’ll also play a hands-on role in concepting, creating, and optimising engaging, innovative CRM campaigns.
Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:
- Work closely with the Senior CRM team and wider Operations team to bring our overall CRM strategy to life.
- Build and execute automated CRM journeys across email, push, and in-app channels — reducing manual effort and improving scalability.
- Coordinate campaign activities with key stakeholders, including planning, content creation, creatives, localisation, and performance evaluation.
- Continuously optimise campaigns to engage, retain, and reactivate our courier partners based on user data and insights.
- Monitor, analyse, and share recommendations on CRM performance with relevant stakeholders.
- Support teams across Wolt with CRM best practices, ensuring consistent and effective use of the tool.
- Develop and run testing plans to maximise engagement and ROI.
- Stay on top of CRM and Wolt-specific user behaviour trends — and regularly share quick, actionable insights with the team.

- Experience in setting up and executing automated lifecycle or bulk campaigns.
- Proven ability to work across multiple business units and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset — confident working with data and creating simple, insightful dashboards.
- Experience developing communication plans across different marketing channels.
- A curious learner who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and campaign management tools such as Iterable, Braze, Salesforce, or Klaviyo.
- Previous experience in food delivery, on-demand services, or e-commerce is a plus.
