Reporting to the Retail Account Management Team Lead, the Retail AM supports and works in close cooperation with Menu and Platform teams to ensure the Retail department has smooth onboarding of new Retail Partners and the long-term partnership with our partners is built.
What you’ll be doing
We need a Retail AM Specialist to support the training and account management of retail partners and ensure the best possible partnership. You will act as a key communicator between our operations team and retail partners in order to ensure optimal success.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Train and support Retail venues in Czechia for the best possible results of the partnership with Wolt.
- Create and verify retail partner selections on the platform to ensure accuracy.
- Proactively helping retail partners to improve their performance and support the development of the partnership - upselling and extending the service, and overall future collaboration.
- Helping out with marketing campaigns and promotions for long-term retail partners.
- Getting feedback from our partners and translating it into product, marketing, sales opportunities, and operations improvements and innovations.
- Owning the entrusted partner’s assortment - suggesting which products should be listed initially, and working with the partner to add/remove items to improve customer conversion constantly.

- Experience within account management, customer support, and/or sales
- Experience and strong interest in data analytics.
- Structured, detailed, and service-oriented.
- You have strong problem-solving skills
- You have a proactive mentality - an independent thinker who can work with limited guidance but can deliver a successful outcome through grit and determination.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and communicative English.
