About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tax Manager to join our global finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing international direct tax compliance and reporting, transfer pricing projects, and supporting the development of tax processes across the organization. You will act as a trusted advisor for the business on tax-related matters and ensure the company remains compliant with evolving international tax requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide guidance to business and finance teams on direct tax-related questions.
- Manage international Wolt direct tax compliance and reporting processes, including Corporate Income Tax (CIT), Withholding Tax (WHT), Pillar II, and other relevant frameworks.
- Assisting in operational transfer pricing matters
- Feeding information from Wolt side to DoorDash group tax provision purposes
- Support the development, standardization, and implementation of tax-related processes across the organization.
- Monitor international tax and transfer pricing developments, assess their impact, and help develop strategies and responses.
- Provide proactive tax advice and deliver training to internal stakeholders on various international tax matters.
Our Expectations
- Hands-on experience with corporate income tax processes in relevant international environments.
- Familiarity with international tax regulations, compliance, and reporting frameworks.
- Experience with IFRS or US GAAP tax reporting is considered an advantage.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field.
- Strong finance or accounting skills with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across teams.
