Role Overview

You will lead the strategic development and implementation of our diverse compensation programsโ€”including salaries, bonuses, and equity to ensure alignment with our business goals and competitive positioning in the tech landscape. This critical role demands close collaboration with business leaders and HR Partners across various functions and regions, crafting innovative solutions to compensation challenges that support our strategic objectives, such as attracting and retaining top talent, ensuring pay equity, and maintaining market competitiveness. You will play a pivotal role in guiding and evolving Woltโ€™s compensation programs as we continue to scale, tackling known and emerging challenges with a solutions-focused approach. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and HR, identifying and addressing compensation-related challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Create and implement process improvements that support employee engagement and enablement. Youโ€™ll get to be creative, leveraging out of the box thinking to help deliver a best in class experience for employees and leadership.
  • Present compensation insights to partners across the business
  • Partner with department leaders, People Partners and recruiters on compensation related matters such as offers, promotions, and internal transfers
  • Conduct market studies and analysis to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to our total rewards philosophy
  • Support business needs through analysis during  the annual and mid-year review cycles
  • Stay up-to-date with applicable employment-related statutory requirements regarding employee compensation.
  • Work cross functionally to provide compensation analyses and other deliverables to our partners on the Finance and Legal teams and business leaders

  • You can translate vision into executable strategy, have a keen ability to deliver against a plan with an operational mindset, and have a track record for designing, driving, managing and scaling compensation programs through policies, processes, and systems.
  • You have exceptional stakeholder management skills; you pride yourself on building strong relationships that serve as one of the foundations of your leadership.
  • You have strong compensation data analysis skills and are an expert storyteller who can present your findings to diverse audiences
  • You understand equity compensation and can provide information to employees to help them understand this important component of pay
  • You can apply change management and thrive in an evolving business while staying anchored to your goals and the Total Rewards strategy.
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in economics, business, finance or HR discipline or a related field and at least 8+ years of experience focused on developing and scaling programs.
  • You are proficient in data analysis tools (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel) and modern HR solutions, with a preference for Workday experience.
  • You have exceptional leadership and project management skills, capable of driving initiatives in a dynamic, evolving landscape.
