Build and lead Wolt’s new Global Tier 1 People Support Hub in Hungary!
Are you a seasoned HR professional with a proven track record of building and leading successful HR service teams? We're launching a brand-new global Tier 1 People Support Hub in Hungary, and we need a visionary leader to steer this exciting initiative. This is your chance to design and lead a team from the ground up, shaping the future of Tier 1 people support at a global tech company.
What you’ll be doing
- Team leadership and development: Build, mentor, and lead the Hungary Tier 1 People support team, setting high standards for service excellence.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive analytics framework, integrating KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to enhance decision-making and continuously improve HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Strategic service management: Provide strategic direction for handling day-to-day HR inquiries across multiple countries, ensuring efficient and impactful support to all employees.
- Process innovation: Drive the continuous improvement of HR processes and associated systems, leveraging technology to enhance service delivery and employee experience.
- Complex issue resolution: Act as the point of escalation for complex HR matters, collaborating with other People Team functions to resolve issues effectively.
- HR system mastery: Join us as we deploy a new Workday tenant, and oversee its successful adoption by the Tier 1 team.
- Self-service: Lead initiatives to increase the adoption of self-service (Tier 0), empowering employees and managers to efficiently self-manage basic HR tasks and information.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Forge strong partnerships with Payroll, IT, and other key People Team functions to facilitate seamless HR service delivery and initiatives.
- Culture champion: Lead by example to cultivate a positive, inclusive team culture that reflects our core values and enhances our organizational effectiveness.
