What you’ll be doing
- Lead and mentor: Manage multiple teams within our support organization. Act as a sparring partner for Customer Support Team Leads and help them raise the bar for their teams.
- Solve problems: Tackle challenges proactively and reactively. Drive a solution-oriented mindset and ensure best practices are applied consistently.
- Boost performance: Use data and support metrics to set clear expectations, make informed decisions, and ensure we deliver excellent support to our customers, courier partners, and merchant partners.
- Shape strategy and execute: Turn insights from our internal tools into sustainable strategies, then bring them to life with a focus on continuous improvement and high satisfaction levels.
- Scale smart: As our team grows, help us meet demand by introducing smarter, more efficient ways of working every day.
- Build the team: Design the organizational setup for long-term success, while identifying and hiring top talent to grow our support teams.
Our humble expectations
- Strong people management experience with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Background in customer operations, strategy consulting, or similar, with a focus on problem-solving.
- Solid project management skills.
- Passion for leading and developing teams, ensuring they understand their purpose and what great performance looks like.
- Analytical and curious mindset — confident in working with support metrics and asking the right questions.
- Experience with budgets and KPIs, and the ability to translate data into clear actions.
- Adaptability and multitasking skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and ready to share knowledge with others.
- Strong communication skills in Uzbek, Russian, and English, both written and spoken.
- A can-do attitude, willing to roll up your sleeves and get things done.
