About the Global Merchant Team

On the Global Merchant team, our mission is to have best-in class restaurant and store selection for consumers and build products and services for our merchants to grow their businesses profitably on Wolt. In doing so, we partner up closely with the commercial teams in our 30+ countries.

About the role

We’re looking for a Sr. Associate to join our Global Sales Strategy & Operations Team to help design and execute our global sales incentive programs. You’ll work closely with sales leaders, strategy teams, and finance to ensure our sales teams across 30+ countries have the right targets, rewards, and motivation to drive business success.

This role is a mix of strategy and execution—you’ll analyze sales performance, support the creation of incentive plans, and work on improving processes through automation and standardization. If you’re looking to drive impact in a global setting and gain exposure to leadership, this is a great opportunity.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with sales leadership, sales strategy, finance, and product teams to drive the development, implementation and administration of new sales incentive structures
  • Build and maintain complex forecast models that drive the sales organization’s goals
  • Continuously assess business performance, drive diagnostics and deliver data-driven recommendations on ways to improve output
  • Set and track to accurate quota targets across various sales organizations that align with our strategic topline and company goals
  • Create compelling and accurate visualization reports that track sales commissions while providing insights into business performance 
  • Focus on improving standardization and automation of all processes to do with quota, incentive design and attainment/commissions tracking

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, business planning, analytics, or a related field.
  • You’re an excellent analytical thinker who can deliver actionable recommendations out of complex datasets; SQL experience strongly preferred as is experience with CRMs (Salesforce, PipeDrive, Hubspot).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in global sales strategy and working on high-impact projects with leadership exposure.
