We’re looking for Frontend Engineers to join different teams in our Consumer Group: Growth Experiments, Retail Acceleration, Wolt+ and Promotions. This is a great opportunity to work on consumer-facing products, tackle challenges, and continuously learn and grow! The Growth Experiments Team is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer. This team at Wolt is all about uncovering opportunities to enhance Wolt users experience and reduce friction through data-driven A/B testing. This cross-platform team works on iOS, Android, and Web, without being tied to a single domain. The mission is to boost Monthly Active Users by optimizing key moments in the consumer journey. From Login and Onboarding—where first impressions matter—to Discovery, Checkout, and beyond, we run rapid experiments to make every interaction smoother and more engaging. If you love fast-paced iteration and having real impact, this team could be a great fit.
The Retail Acceleration Team focuses on the future of retail at Wolt. Over the past four years, Wolt’s retail business has expanded significantly, and the team is now in an exciting position to improve the experience across various verticals and challenges. From 3P loyalty integration to ID verification and handling product returns, the work involves solving a wide range of problems, each presenting a unique challenge. The impact extends to users in 30 countries, benefiting both customers and merchants.
Wolt+, Wolt’s subscription service, is one of the company’s highest-visibility features and a key driver of growth. As a result, the work done by this team is recognized throughout the organization. Since Wolt+ touches most of Wolt’s business domains, engineers on this team have the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of teams, gaining a deep understanding of and influence the entire Wolt ecosystem.
In the Promotions Team you will get a chance to develop and maintain tooling and automation for existing and new marketing use cases such as venue or user campaigns, promo codes (credits) and many others. This is a great opportunity to drive Wolt business forward while ensuring great user experience.

Our humble expectations
- Proven expertise in building consumer-facing frontend applications, using TypeScript and React.js
- Deep understanding of modern Web Technologies and performance optimization techniques
- Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code
- Experience in utilizing unit tests, integration tests and E2E tests
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally.
- Additionally for Growth team: experience in Growth or Experimentation (A/B tests) is a strong benefit
