About the Role
Join our growing team in Croatia as a Warehouse Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our courier partners to deliver exceptional service. You will focus on efficiently onboarding new courier partners in Zagreb and ensuring they have all the necessary equipment to excel in their delivery services. Maintaining an organized warehouse and ensuring a constant supply of gear is a key responsibility.

Our humble expectations:
Proven experience in warehouse management, including inventory control, logistics, and teamwork.
Knowledge of warehouse work and systems to effective inventory management, tracking shipments, and optimizing operations.
Fluent in Croatian and able to work in English.
Preferred experience in training and guiding groups and individuals.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the genuine willingness to support team members in warehouse operations.
Proficient in managing daily tasks efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, very rarely on weekends.
Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proactive problem-solver and process improvement enthusiast.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of motivating and managing a team.
Analytical mindset and proficiency in using tools like Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
Quick learner with a strong focus on both details and the bigger operational picture.

Efficiently manage gear procurement and its distribution to other warehouses.
Organize and optimize warehouse space for operational efficiency.
Oversee inventory and daily supply management within the warehouse.
Collaborate to ensure a healthy and sustainable delivery operation in Zagreb by onboarding, retaining, and growing a group of satisfied Courier Partners on the Wolt platform.
Provide prompt and professional responses to incoming messages and phone calls from Courier Partners.
Supervise and support Courier Partner performance in a warehouse context.
Handle all aspects of Courier Partner off-boarding.
Regularly engage with new applicants.
Monitor and manage Courier Partner cash balances, ensuring financial accuracy.
