World-class customer service is one of the cornerstones of Wolt 💙 Over the years we have dedicated a lot in our in-house built support tooling because we believe it’s essential to ensure satisfaction for all of our customers and partners across the 25 countries that we operate in. We take huge pride in our customer operations’ quality, so on top of building delightful support experiences in our consumer app, we also want to proactively identify and solve issues even before our customers and partners notice something might be wrong.
Join our Support Funnel team, which is building a self-service support platform to make sure that our more than 20M+ monthly users are able to get help as quickly as possible. The platform will allow us to design self-service flows with a no-code solution, deploying them into the hands of customers in a matter of minutes.
Customer Support is a big deal for us and we will do our best to keep our 20M+ registered customers, 130.000+ courier partners, and 60.000+ restaurant and retail partners happy.

📍This role can be based in one of our tech hubs in Helsinki or Stockholm, or you can work remotely anywhere in Finland, Sweden, and Estonia. Read more about our remote setup here. Are you an engineer with a passion for crafting top-notch software and APIs? If so, you might just be the one we're looking for! Our teams focus on the backend side is primarily on Python (FastAPI & Flask), MongoDB, and PostgreSQL, so if you naturally have a passion for Python, you'll feel right at home with us.
Understanding what it takes to create and maintain scalable software services in production is crucial, and your expertise in this area would be greatly valued. Our backend relies on Kubernetes in AWS, so familiarity with these platforms or similar cloud infrastructure would be a big plus.
But it's not just about the technology. We're looking for a problem solver with a product-oriented mindset, someone who enjoys collaborating and communicating with both their own team and others throughout Wolt. Your voice and input matter, and we encourage constructive discussions that help us grow as a team and as individuals.
