We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team and drive our sales efforts to new heights.
As a Sales Trainer at Wolt, you will play a pivotal role in equipping our sales teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to excel in their roles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including onboarding, HQ teams, Expansions, Sales S&O, and merchant services to enhance the effectiveness of our sales strategies and drive selection growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, a skilled communicator, and a mentor who can develop the skills of our sales professionals.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs, including training materials, playbooks, and resources.
- Design and deliver engaging sales training sessions to equip the sales team with product knowledge, sales techniques, and objection handling.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and create targeted sales training initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to understand team needs and tailor training and resources accordingly.
- Work with Merchant Services to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and support phases.
- Maintain a library of sales collateral, case studies, and success stories to support the sales process.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to the sales team, helping them overcome challenges and enhance performance.
- Monitor the effectiveness of sales trainings programs and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Establish effective communication with Onboarding & Support Team Leads for a holistic approach to customer success.
Our humble expectations:
- Fluent in German and good English skills.
- Proven success in a sales role, with at least 3 years of experience, including experience in sales enablement or training.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in designing and delivering sales training programs and materials.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
