Role background
We launched in Serbia in early 2019, and have now grown to multiple cities with hundreds of restaurants using our platform.
With all of our recent expansion, we're looking for a new sales specialist to help continue our rapid growth across the country!
What you'll be doing
Identifying potential partnerships and contacting restaurants that are a great fit for Wolt in the central region of Serbia
Systematically managing the pipeline of new potential partnerships
Building ongoing relationships with the identified restaurants
Understanding venue performance in order to set profitable business terms and conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms
Creating a strong communications loop alongside the Restaurant Partnership Manager
Conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms and understanding which kind of restaurant portfolio we are building here at Wolt.
Assisting the Restaurant (especially sales) team with other ad-hoc tasks.

Demonstrable experience of being successful within a field sales position
A natural ‘hunter’ with excellent communication and networking skills
Strong negotiation skills and ability to work with numbers for closing win-win deals
Ability to thrive in a very fast-paced environment
High energy & drive to work for a newly launched and fast-growing business
Experience in managing HoReCa partners is a strong plus
Fluent in Serbian and English
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt the tone to suit the audience.
Self-starter with a passion for food.
