Role background
In 2021 also started working with a wider variety of partners, such as supermarkets and other retailers. The retail business segment is fairly new to both Wolt and Malta and serves as a perfect complement to our restaurant food operations.

As such, we need a Retail Associate to support the constant maintenance of existing partners, while assisting to build standards for new partners. This is an entry-level role so attitude and enthusiasm will count for a lot more than experience!

·   Assisting with product list standardization across all retail venues

·   Creating selections and ensuring merchant partner selections on the platform are accurate

·   Handling retail support together with your fellow Wolters in our Support team

·   Proactively helping retail partners in order to improve their performance

·   Work hand in hand with the retail team for any tasks and priorities

·   Maintain a high photo coverage percentage for all retail stores

·   Assisting the rest of the Retail team in any additional tasks related to working with retail partners

· Minimum qualification as certificate or diploma - this is an entry-level position

· Excellent interpersonal skills - you will be working with a lot of different people

· Experience in support or administration

· Structured, detailed and service-oriented

· Self-starter and a passion for food

· Fluent in English (both written and verbal communication) 

· You are highly motivated and super enthusiastic

· In possession of a valid driving license
