Role background

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. We launched in Kazakhstan in September 2019, and have since been conquering the food delivery scene step by step. However, food delivery was just the start. We don’t want to just satisfy our customers’ hunger, but to deliver a wide variety of products and expand our platform to some cool retail shops, supermarkets, flowers, toys, and other exciting products, all referred to as Retail. We are growing rapidly and are looking for a Retail Associate to join our team in Almaty! 

As such, we need a Retail Associate Intern for a duration of 6 months to support the onboarding and training of new retail partners and ensuring the best possible partnership. As a Retail Associate you will act as a key communicator between our operations team and restaurant partners in order to ensure optimal success.

What you'll be doing

• Working with Wolt Merchant System.
• Creating assortments for new partners in merchant
• Make changes to existing partner assortments in merchant
• Daily monitoring of changes made by partners on their own, as well as checking
• the compliance of titles, descriptions, photos with Wolt standards, monitoring and checking prices for differences.
• Constant changes in category management and classification
• Daily support to KAs (operational issues, technical support etc.)
• Setting up promotional items in Wolt Specials

• Accuracy, time management and attention to detail
• Being able to take on responsibility
• Resistance to stress and the ability to quickly and competently
• Type text, and have good knowledge in working in excel 
• Knowledge of Wolt data entry standards (Don't worry, we will teach you this)
