Wolt has been growing rapidly in Germany ever since we entered the market. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a Operations Lead, HR Couriers to join our team in Berlin.

As our Team Lead Couriers HR, you will ensure to have smooth people operations and best in class people support processes for our couriers. In our Operations team, no day is the same, so you need to be self-motivated, driven to succeed and have excellent interpersonal, and community-building skills! You have to be a top people manager who can be analytical but also hands-on. You have a strong understanding of all core people processes, with a view of what works and what doesn’t.

What you’ll be doing

• Manage several internal teams 
• Ensure to have smooth people operations and best in class people support processes for our couriers
• Full employee life cycle support, from onboarding to off-boarding and everything in between 
• HR system updates, and associated employee data quality management.
• Supporting in the writing and maintenance of people policies, manager guides, and training sessions for team leads. 
• Working closely with our local partners, e.g. payroll and legal, to ensure that HR operations in your functions are running smoothly and compliantly.
