Role background
Our Courier Experience Team is responsible for maintaining and developing the co-operation with thousands of Courier Partners across countries. As an Operations Associate in Courier Contracts & Compliance, you’d be responsible for making sure our Courier Partners get the help they deserve and have the best possible experience with Wolt. This includes for example helping to start their cooperation with Wolt in the best way possible by focusing on their questions, feedback, concerns, answering messages, updating information and helping Courier Partners make the most out of their partnership with Wolt. You will be working in a fast and dynamic environment, so it is important to be a team player and also to have the ability to figure out what to do rather than wait to be told

In this role, no day is the same and there’s always something to do. As such, you need to be adaptable, self-motivated and driven to succeed. You must also have excellent interpersonal skills and a big heart - we think people first at all times! 

What you'll be doing

  • Creating, translating and reviewing outbound messages to Courier Partners in both English and French
  • Helping Courier Partners with a wide range of questions that are related to entrepreneurship and cooperation with Wolt 
  • Supporting the Operations team with development projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams,
  • Communicate and build up a strong relationship with our Courier Partners, so we can gather valuable feedback to ensure a better experience
  • Create, review, and refine service agreements that are tailored to the needs of both our business and our partners. 
  • Handle escalations and manage incidents involving our partners with speed and efficiency. You’ll analyze the root causes of issues and ensure that solutions are both immediate and sustainable.
  • Assisting in everyday and ad-hoc tasks.

  • Ability to think on your feet, naturally proactive and comfortable with autonomous problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible and reliable, with a structured approach to your work.
  • A strong eye for detail and are able to analyze and understand complex texts—whether it’s service agreements or other detailed documents. 
  • You are excellent or native-level proficiency in both verbal and written English and French ensuring seamless communication in both languages.
  • You are tech savvy and a quick learner
  • You are based in Luxembourg - and will be working at our office and with the possibility for some home/remote work
  • Bonus skill: you are strong at working with data and basic tools (such as Google Sheets).
