Role Background

Wolt is an Apple-awarded, Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. On our mobile app and website, customers can order their favorite meals from our restaurant partners, and either pick their order up or have it delivered by our courier partners. Just 2 years ago, Wolt operated in 4 countries and 10 cities across the Nordics. Fast forward to today, we’re in 23 countries and over 90 cities across EMEA, servicing over 7M registered users. 

Wolt has been growing rapidly in Baltics ever since we entered the market in 2016 and we're now searching for a Marketing Project Manager to help us continue our growth path.

At Wolt, the Marketing Project Manager is a confidant of the Head of Marketing and part of our local marketing teams. You'll be an invaluable asset in our day-to-day operation, coordinating key restaurant partner activities as well as leading different Pan-Baltic projects.

The ideal applicant has at least 2 years  experience in marketing, is a great project manager and communicator. You enjoy taking initiative and the ownership of assigned projects. You understand the importance of stakeholder management and have experience in handling client relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and manage marketing projects & campaigns
• Coordinate projects across different stakeholders in Baltics
• Work together with Head of Marketing to create shared marketing plans & campaigns for key clients
• Communicate with key accounts on project tactical matters
• Analyze & report campaign performance

• Strong project management skills
• Cross-department communication skills
• Experience in client management
• Structured & clear in written & visual communication
• Basic analytical skills
• Being proactive with ideas and take ownership 
• Marketing experience of min 2 years
• Fluent in English 

Salary range: 2100-2500 EUR gross monthly
