Wolt has been growing rapidly in Estonia ever since we entered the market in 2016 and we are looking for a Marketing Manager for Estonia to lead a local marketing team and continue to drive the growth path. Your main role is to make sure that we reach and acquire customers and keep them engaged. On top of this, you’ll be involved in planning and organizing marketing campaigns and implementing all marketing-related activities with your team. You will be closely working with the Baltic Head of Marketing and regional marketing team.
What you'll be doing
Building & bringing marketing strategies to life, together with the regional and Baltic marketing team.
Leading and working the country's local Marketing Team with the most critical marketing topics in the market.
Acquiring new customers, engaging existing customers and increasing loyalty among Wolt user base with impactful campaigns and through engaging activities in owned channels & external media channels.
Gathering and analyzing information on customer needs & buying habits
Maintaining awareness & likability of Wolt brand.
Working together with external media and creative agencies.
Managing stakeholder relations (sales, operations, client services), sparring on business needs and developing marketing support layers.
Monitoring performance & reporting to the central marketing team.
Minimum 4 years of marketing experience
e-commerce, FMCG or consumer apps will be considered as an advantage.
Fluent in Estonian and English.
Team leading experience of minimum 2 years.
Proven analytical approach when using data to execute campaigns.
A strong budgetary management experience and great understanding of omnichannel strategies.
Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in working across multiple stakeholders, from partners to internal stakeholders, to agencies.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate mutually beneficial relationships.
Open to working in a fast-moving environment with a strong focus on achieving targets and getting things done.
