Job Overview

The Head of Germany Rx and Partnership Marketing is a strategic role focused on building and enhancing relationships with restaurant partners across the country. Reporting to the Head of Growth & Marketing / Director, Growth & Marketing, this individual will lead initiatives to partner with restaurants from a marketing perspective, develop co-marketing campaigns, spearhead merchant marketing, and leverage these partnerships to drive platform growth.

One of the greatest growth levers for Wolt is the collaboration with our partners. Working together with local heroes, enterprise partners and other brands will be a key way for us to enable growth for both ourselves and our partners. This role involves honing that functional expertise and deploying it across the country
 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and secure new non-retail partnerships, while nurturing existing relationships on a Germany level.

  • Accountable for reaching new and existing users through in-store presence amongst our merchants.

  • Develop, negotiate and deploy marketing plans and ad-hoc partnerships with external partners and internal stakeholders

  • Organize, drive and follow up on meetings with large strategic accounts  

  • Negotiate co branded deals and promotions with partners, securing partner co-funding for joint growth

  • Design and execute joint marketing campaigns with non-retail partners to increase visibility and drive mutual growth.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to align partnership marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Support Marketing Strategy and Planning teams in city and area expansions.

  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials and promotional content tailored for restaurant partners.

  • Act as the main POC for all marketing related topics with ENT brands, including Director/VP marketing level stakeholders

  • Track and report on marketing campaigns, running a/b testing across channels to maximize ROAS for the partner and Wolt

  • Fluent in English and German (C1+ or native speaker level)

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, experience managing teams preferred

  • Data-driven decision-making and analytical mindset

  • Proven experience in enterprise & partnerships marketing

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
