As our Sales Specialist you build strong long-term relationships with our existing partners (owners and representatives) as their point of contact and advisor for how to best utilize the Wolt platform.You will also make active efforts in increasing their exposure in the market.

The end-goal is to increase the performance, market impact and awareness of our restaurants.

To make this happen, and to ensure that practical matters related to this will be handled best possible, you will work closely with a broad range of colleagues from both the Sales, Operations, Marketing and Support teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include among other things:

  • Portfolio Management and Evaluation: Evaluate partner performance, identify high performers, and make strategic adjustments to partnerships and resource allocation.
  • Relationship Building and Communication: Establish and maintain relationships with partners, particularly SMBs, through regular phone communication and messaging.
  • Budget Allocation and Forecasting: Analyze portfolio allocation, set budget, and forecast expenses for marketing campaigns.
  • Campaign Development and Implementation: Create marketing plans, forecast costs, and execute strategies to improve existing campaigns and explore new opportunities.
  • Sales Activation and Offer Promotion: Sell room space in the app by effectively communicating the value of offers to partners and persuading them to promote them.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust tactics to optimize resource allocation and improve results.

応⁠募⁠資⁠格・条⁠件

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles, preferably within the restaurant or retail industry.
  • Fluency in Czech and English.
  • Analytical abilities, experience from using Excel/Google Sheets or a CRM system to assess performance
  • Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport, convey messages effectively and develop compelling marketing materials.
