As (Senior) Manager, Fleet Management (m/f/x) you lead the teams that manage our portfolio of fleet partners in Germany. The role is pivotal in driving growth and profitability for Wolt Germany in the coming years, as our fleet strategy and execution will be among the key factors determining our success when expanding rapidly to more German cities. A successful candidate will lead several teams, and work closely with stakeholders across the company (e.g. finance, legal, commercial).
 

Job Description

You will:

• Manage the Fleet Management teams at Wolt which will consist of 20+ FTEs in 2025

• Manage a portfolio of several fleet managers, drive growth, cost savings, and compliance

• Select and onboard new fleet managers

• Drive fleet manager success, satisfaction and performance

• Align with all departments to ensure smooth operation: gear management, performance, accounting, and legal.

• Conduct competitive analysis

• Work together with the wider courier acquisition team on various projects

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and grow teams.

• Proven ability to build scalable and highly effective processes.

• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Fluency in English is mandatory. German is an advantage

• University degree in preferably Engineering/Economics/Business (minimum Bachelor, Master preferred)

• Service-oriented, efficient, and assertive communicator.

• Able to work in a fast-pace, balancing multiple tasks at once 

• Flexible and open to work on projects from start to finish
